Gala Logistics

The Under the Big Top Gala is almost here! We look forward to seeing you on March 28, at 6:00 p.m. at Venue West (221 N. Paulina). Please read below for important information and last-minute reminders:

  • Don't forget to charge your cell phone so you can use GiveSmart to bid on Silent Auction items and Teacher Times! A GiveSmart account is required to view items in the Silent Auction. Click here for some helpful information about creating an account and bidding.   • There is a free parking lot available. It is located on Paulina, across the street from Venue West.
     

  • There will be a coat check at the event

  • Please make sure you check in with someone with an iPad upon arrival.
