The Ambassador Program helps new families integrate into the Catherine Cook community by pairing them with established families. These “Ambassador Families” welcome new families to the school, introduce them to other families, plan social outings with them, and answer any questions they might have. Ambassadors engage new families during the summer months before the school year begins. They participate in various events scheduled by the Admissions Office, including coffees, play dates, and the Summer Welcoming Reception. Those interested in becoming Ambassadors for the next school year will be matched with incoming families this spring and will maintain contact throughout the 2020-2021 school year.
