Catherine Cook uses a trusted financial aid application, Clarity, to determine a family’s level of financial need. The deadline for completing the financial aid application is January 5, 2026.

1. Create an account on Clarity and complete the application, which typically takes less than 30 minutes. Please note, there is a $65 fee to submit your application. The $65 fee will automatically be waived for applications that indicate significant financial need.
    
2. Upon completing the application, please return to the Clarity dashboard to upload additional tax documentation including your family’s 2025 W2s. In cases of divorce or separation, both parents must submit all required forms. The family's ability to contribute is based on both parents' income and assets. The deadline to submit all supporting documents is February 2, 2026.
