Tuition includes a school-issued laptop or iPad for each student, yearbooks, textbooks, workbooks, most lab and field trip expenses, and Middle School signature trips.
 

An application fee of $75 is due with each student application.

A non-refundable $2,000 deposit per child is due with each signed enrollment or re-enrollment contract and will be applied to tuition. Please note, the deposit for families receiving Financial Support is $500 per child.

The school offers three payment plan options as described below. The school requires payment through Tuition Management, which arranges for the withdrawal of Tuition and Fees from a designated bank account or debit/credit card. Enrollment in Tuition Management is mandatory for the payment of both Tuition and Fees. Selecting Tuition Management’s automatic pay program assists parents/guardians to make timely payments to the School. Tuition Management charges a $45 per family fee. Credit and debit card payments will be assessed a 3.12% convenience fee by Tuition Management. Additionally, the Tuition Management fee for ACH payments is 1.0% + $.30 per transaction, with a maximum of $2.50 per transaction. The $2.50 cap applies for any transaction of $220 or more.

Option 1: One (1) non-refundable full tuition payment due on June 1 or 15, 2026. Parents/Guardians understand that no refund or cancellation of the tuition and fees will be made by Catherine Cook for any reason. The $45 per family Tuition Management fee will be waived.

Option 2: Two (2) non-refundable payments. Non-refundable Payment 1 due June 1 or 15, 2026, and non-refundable Payment 2 due August 1 or 15, 2026. Parents/Guardians, understand that no refund or cancellation of the tuition and fees will be made by Catherine Cook for any reason.

Option 3: Eight (8) non-refundable payments due on the 1st or the 15th of the month starting May 2026 through December 2026. Parents/guardians understand that no refund or cancellation of the tuition and fees will be made by Catherine Cook for any reason. There is a $250.00 processing fee per family.
