Middle School

Grades 5 – 8

Students enter Middle School as children and graduate as bright and compassionate young adults. The Middle School program builds on the foundation of Lower School to further deepen each student’s personal, social, and academic identity. Our incredible Middle School teachers engage the diverse needs and interests of 10- to 14-year-olds and design curricula that allow students to grow in their strengths, work through challenges, and explore new passions. The introduction of elective courses, with almost 50 offerings each year, provides a sense of independence and allows students to further explore their interests.

A strong academic program, innovative technology resources, and a focus on social-emotional learning prepare students for success in their high school experiences. Beginning in 7th Grade, families begin receiving tailored support as they navigate the high school placement process and select a high school that is the best fit for their student.
