IDEA | Tinker
In IDEA (Innovation, Design, Engineering and Art) we learn 21st century skills and integrate them in the curriculum by means of projects and collaborations with the Faculty. In addition, we have scheduled classes in Middle School where we focused on developing specific areas such as Laser cutting, designing with Adobe Illustrator, CNC, sewing, woodworking, electronics, coding, 3D printing etc…) Computational thinking is at the heart of what we do in IDEA. We are continuously learning and adapting to a changing and evolving world. The IDEA Lab also houses our Tinker Space, a carefully designed space for our youngest learners in our Early Childhood division. This space provides young children with developmentally appropriate entry points to creativity, design thinking, and relevant educational technology resources.
