Save the Date! The Catherine Cook School’s 12th Annual Benefit, "benefit twenty-ten: shapes of things to come", will take place on March 20, 2010. All parents, guardians, faculty, and staff are invited to attend this fantastic community event. The evening will include the unveiling of one-of-a-kind student art, live & silent auctions, cocktails, dinner by Jewell Catering, and a cash raffle. All proceeds from the evening will benefit CCS and contribute to the needs based financial aid program, our cutting-edge technology program and competitive salaries that help us attract and retain the best teachers. The Annual Benefit is an fun and important fundraising event and its success is dependent on participation by everyone in our community.
All families should have received a packet that was sent home last Friday including information about how you can participate including:
• Buy or sell 5 raffle tickets. There is a chance to win $15,000! Anyone can buy a ticket including grandparents, neighbors, or friends.
• Put a photo of your child(ren) in our beautiful, full-color Family Album - a wonderful keepsake for the school year.
• Donate an item, service or experience to the Live or Silent Auctions. Do you, a family member, or friend have tickets to an event, a week at a vacation home, a local business or restaurant gift certificate, a unique retail item or other item that you could help us acquire for our auction?
If you did not receive your folder full of helpful Benefit information and raffle tickets there are more available in the Main Office or the Advancement Office.
To learn more or to donate an item, purchase a sponsorship, place an ad in the event book or purchase raffle tickets go to our NEW Annual Benefit website. Every CCS family, faculty, and staff member has an account on the site.
